All rooms are private, with some featuring private half-baths, while others share a bathroom (typically no more than two residents per bath). The facility is equipped with an elevator for easy accessibility.

We provide personalized senior care with a high staff-to-resident ratio, ensuring tailored care plans and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, all in accordance with assisted living regulations. Residents enjoy three nutritious, home-cooked meals daily, weekly housekeeping, fresh linens, and engaging activities like bingo, shopping trips, and community events. Our residents also have access to a number of other helpful services 24 hours a day. Each of our seniors receive a personalized service plan, so that the level of care provided always meets their individual needs and preferences. Such services may include help with medication management, dressing, personal hygiene and other activities of daily living.

The Atrium at Cardinal Drive

The newly renovated Holiday Quail Run Estates is a pet-friendly, independent senior living community located in Agawam, Massachusetts, just minutes from scenic Robinson State Park.

Quail Run Estates features spacious senior apartments available in studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans, as well as separate villas. Each unit includes modern amenities like a kitchenette, walk-in shower, basic cable TV and individual thermostat control. Select floor plans feature a patio or balcony, providing residents with their own private outdoor space. Covered parking is available.

Community grounds are well-maintained and feature walking paths, a garden and a patio area. Indoor common spaces are designed to foster engagement and include a resident kitchen, fitness equipment, community fireplace and activity room. A well-stocked library is available for book clubs or solo readers, and residents enjoy the convenience of an on-site barber shop and beauty salon, along with a large screen TV lounge.

The community offers a wide range of all-inclusive services and amenities, such as housekeeping and light linen services, plus a calendar of social events. Three freshly prepared meals are served each day in the dining room, with a variety of menu options crafted by the culinary team. Scheduled transportation is available for appointments, outings and errands.

Upon move-in, each resident receives a wearable Lively® Mobile Plus GPS device, which provides 24/7 emergency assistance inside and outside the community. Physical and occupational therapy plus home care and home health services are available on-site from third- party providers at an additional cost.
