Quail Run Estates was a very nice place. We thought it was really cool and love the people there. When you come in, the people were the nicest part of it. Like the manager and lady who was reaching out to us and even the people that were in the community were all really nice. So I thought it would be a good place for my brother. I would rate the manager and the person who helped us both a 5 becuase they're really nice and lovely people. They invited us for lunch and the food was awesome and delicious. They even gave us suggestions on what they have and the manager came and ate with us. He was so much fun. We only went to one room, but everything was really nice and clean and the view outside the window was nice.

We liked Quail Run Estates a lot. The people there were very helpful and informative. The facilities were very nice. The apartments were in great shape, new, and well kept. The dining room was nicely set up with four tables, almost like in a restaurant. There were waitresses that bring the food to the table so that was very nice. People sit with their friends, and it looked like a very nice community. It's the one that we liked the most because of the parking that they provide. The pricing was pretty reasonable, and the fact that they work with folks' income was nice.

The only place I visited was Quail Run Estates. The experience was awesome and very informative. The facility was beautiful and had wonderful units that would be great for my husband and me. The person that showed us around was very informative and has since called me to see how we were doing and so forth. The apartments were very clean, very well kept up, and had everything you need. The atmosphere was very friendly. The food was very good. They had many programs that you could get involved in. The only thing I didn’t see was a community garden where people could put up a couple of tomato plants or something.

Quail Run Estates' hospitality was very gracious. It had a variety of levels, like independent, assisted, and higher levels. The people were very considerate and helpful, and the camaraderie was great. I was impressed. The rooms were very accommodating for the elderly, and they had a variety of options from the suite to the single bedrooms. They gave me a very good meal.

The appearance of Quail Run Estates was nice. They had lots of pretty flowers. The staff was wonderful. They liked my mother-in-law. Everybody knew her and they made her feel welcome. When she went to rehab, they came up and visited her, and they were really nice. It was nice, but she was packed in there like a sardine. They didn't have much of a social hour. They have bingo and a few exercise classes.

We toured Quail Run Estates. Its rooms were a little dated, but it’s still a good place with an interesting layout almost like a little village. Parking is a little bit of a challenge, though. I felt that the staff was not as attentive as the other community we’ve visited. Overall, our first impression was very good.
