DO NOT ever go to Penny Lane. This has to be the worst place ever. My Uncle is in there and I am getting him out. The Manager Judy is the most poorest excuse for a human being. She has harassed my Uncle. Tell residents one thing then turns around and changes her story or calls you the liar. The manager Judy has all her relatives working there so when something happens and you call them out on it they all stick together and lie for one another. They have the most horrible food and it's always chicken. I would bring down home cooked meals for my Uncle and they refuse to warm it up for him and make him eat it cold. They are not allowed to have any food or drinks in there room. They make you keep it in the office where staff members eat it. The Manager Judy lives on the 3rd floor with her bf that is supposed to be the maintenance man which the place is totally nasty. No updates and very dirty. I have pictures to back it all up. My Uncle and his roommate is always freezing and they tell them to put another sweater on. The Manager is always telling my Uncle she wants him out. I have witnessed all of this and it is terrible that nobody is doing anything about it. I would give no stars if I could. Please don't let your loved one's go to this place
