Welcome to Victory Brookside, a retirement community designed specifically to meet the needs of senior citizens in Waldorf, Maryland. Located in the planned community of St. Charles, Victory Brookside provides affordable living, companionship and convenience in a beautiful setting. The special necessities of the elderly are uniquely addressed in this innovative concept in shared housing. Each apartment home accommodates four people and is economically created with a furnished common area, including a kitchen, living room, dining room and fenced garden patio. The kitchen features a double oven, an oversized frost-free refrigerator, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Each resident enjoys a private living area, complete with a personal bathroom, generous closet space and a room for sleeping, relaxing and conversing with guests. These private suites feature under-counter refrigerators and individual heating and cooling units, which can be adjusted to suit personal taste.
