Seniors aged 62 and over who live in Park View At Miramar Landing are welcome to keep pets in their private independent living apartments. While assisted living and other senior services are not provided by staff at Park View, every apartment is equipped with an emergency call system that summons help 24 hours a day. Maintenance is also on call both day and night.

Park View At Miramar Landing residents have access to a computer center and billiard room, which is also open to residents' guests.
