Church Harbor Apartments are located across from Baltimore's Inner Harbor with a view of the water. We offer 288 apartments, both efficiencies, and one-bedrooms, with a maximum occupancy of two persons. The building and apartments are handicap-accessible. CCHA is a smoke-free building. A multi-purpose room on the first floor hosts numerous group social functions, including birthday parties, bingo, musical events, flea markets, festivals, educational programs and tea parties.
