Kittery Estates' pricing was better. The food was excellent, the service was phenomenal, and the person who brought us around did a great job. They explained what the place had to offer and what they were looking to do. It was great.

Kittery Estates is superb. They're wonderful, very helpful, and very kind. They were having a sing-along when we came in, and it was very lively. They have a library, rooms for entertainment, and arts. The residents were very pleasant, very content, and very friendly. The dining area was very pleasant. The rooms were wonderful. They have everything you think you might want. I was very impressed. Even though it's independent, they have great connections to the local healthcare services. It just didn't have a lot of outdoor recreational services. There's no pool or exercises outside, but they have very beautiful grounds. The staff relationship seemed very positive and very professional. They're very warm, welcoming, and very pleasant. The facility was very well laid out and very clean. It's ten years old, but it looks like it was opened yesterday. The room layout was perfect. I would want one of the larger suites with two bedrooms.

Kittery Estates was very nice, but it was a place for older people. The staff was very nice. She explained to me the program and the prices. They had a library and a place to play cards. The dining room was nice.

I was very impressed with the layout of Kittery Estates, and with the staff members, who was very nice. They invited us to stay for dinner. They showed us the types of rooms available. and I was just very impressed with it, and I liked it. I liked where it was in Kittery. I liked it better than the other places that I visited. They provide three meals a day and they have coffee and snacks in different places on the main floor. I liked the layout, I liked the rooms, and the people there seemed friendly. The food was very good. My sister-in-law and I both had the chicken and it was excellent.

I am living in Kittery Estates. I chose it for a number of different things. It was close to some family. Everything's great. I don't have any complaints. They serve three meals a day. They have menus and lots of activities every day, like exercise, bingo and card games. Everybody's very pleasant.

Kittery Estates is a very pleasant community that's meeting all of my mother's needs. It is a beautiful place, the food is delicious, the activities pertain to her interests, and she loves them. They have a Catholic mass once a week that Mom likes. She takes part in the exercises sometimes. She likes the food so much that she says she eats too much for lunch and doesn't bother to go to dinner. Her room is fantastic. She has a beautiful deck that she loves. They have around 200 activities a month. If they're sitting at the dining table, they'll have trivia questions. They'll announce in the morning what's going to happen that day, like if the bus is going to take them shopping or to the movies. They have a beautiful community theater and have bingo every day. There's a nurse that visits the place two or three times a week to have the residents' blood pressure taken or some foot care. If she needs to go anywhere, we get her there and take her. The marketing person, Debbie, is very helpful, attentive, and lets you vent.
