Woodland Village is a 186-bed skilled nursing facility located on the Westbank of New Orleans, approximately ten miles from Downtown. We are located close to West Jefferson Hospital and Oschner "â€œ Meadowcrest Hospital. 
 
We also offer a "Tender Care Unit" (TCU). The TCU is specially designed to meet the needs of those who require a secure environment due to Alzheimer's or related dementia. Through appropriate planned activities on the TCU, our goal is to maintain each individual's highest level of cognitive functioning. Our Tender Care Unit has a large, secured outdoor courtyard. 
 
Woodland Village provides residents with a beautiful place for rehabilitation or to call their home.
