We used Home Instead Senior Care and it was fine, and one caregiver was really good. I had surgery, and I needed someone with me round the clock for the first 48 hours, and I had them come in four to six hours for about five days. I had one caregiver who was really good and anticipated my needs. The agency worked around my schedule and that was good. I thought they were very efficient and they did exactly what I needed them to do.

Sunrise of Metairie is absolutely wonderful, and the staff is great. They have lots of good activities for the residents, and the food is excellent. My mom's room is clean and has lots of amenities. The place itself is always clean and furnished with new things.

I thought that Sunrise of Metairie was beautiful. The staff was wonderful, and the place was well-kept. It was just too expensive for my mother. I know they have a lot of activities; they had an ice cream party when we were there.

Sunrise was fine. It was very nice and very clean. The dining area was nice, and we went to see a couple of rooms. The rooms were very spacious, the staff was very informative, and answered all our questions. They give you a bottom fee, they add a lot of stuff, and it comes up to a lot of money. But the location is perfect for us. They had exercise, and cooking classes. I liked the convenience, the cleanliness, and the care.
