Savannah Court of Minden is one of several senior housing communities located in Pennsylvania and through the Southeast. For more than 20 years we have provided seniors with affordable assisted living and the highest quality of supportive services. And it is our mission to treat every resident as we wish to be treated.

Recreating a homelike atmosphere throughout Savannah Court of Minden is our priority; not only does this make our residents feel at ease, but it also makes them feel as though they are part of our family. Our community features inviting areas such as an activity room and living room which play host to activities such as bingo, movie nights and Bible study.

For their new home, our residents can select from studio or one-bedroom apartments which have a kitchenette, private baths and views of the landscaped grounds. Included in the monthly rent are all utilities with telephone and cable TV optional. And we encourage residents not to leave their pet behind, as we are a pet-friendly community!

What families appreciate about our community is the services we provide to make life carefree for their loved one. Three home-cooked meals are served in the community dining room three times a day. Linen and housekeeping services keeps the apartments tidy and the drawers filled with clean clothes. We also provide scheduled transportation for errands, outings and medical appointments.

Our 24-hour caring associates provide supervision with activities of daily living, along with administration of medication. Each resident receives a personal care plan upon joining our community to ensure we deliver the appropriate level of care. And these plans are developed and updated as changes are noted in a resident&#39;s well-being.
