I visited Jackson Oaks and I thought it was a really nice place. They showed me the apartments, the eating area, library, rec room, exercise room, and the lobby. They invited me for food, although I passed on that. The carpets looked kind of worn to me. The person who gave me the tour did well, she was very informative, and answered all my questions. They're very courteous and really nice people.

Jackson Oaks was a very nice, clean community. When they discovered that he needed more care, they referred me to a better senior place that could meet his needs. The staff was great, and the HR manager made sure that she was on board with the things that my dad needed. The grounds were great, it was a really pretty place.
