We welcome you to experience memory care at Clarity Pointe Louisville, Kentucky. Our community is just off Shelbyville Road, making for family members to drop by for a visit and for residents who need to run errands or attend places of worship.
Clarity Pointe understands each resident for the unique individual that he or she is. We get to know those whom we care for and learn about their life story before memory loss, so we can better accommodate them. Using reminiscing tools, we capture every resident's history, surrounding them with what is familiar, and providing them with a comfortable and predictable environment.

Clarity Pointe offers only private suites, with private baths designed to help orient and cue resident behavior. With brightly lit common areas as well as a large, secure and enclosed courtyard including an exercise area, our community has a wonderful relaxing atmosphere.
Clarity Pointe Louisville offers three nutritious meals every day in our comfortable dining room as well as snacks and refreshments available 24/7. Our staff organizes numerous activities, keeping residents physically, mentally and socially active. Residents enjoy cultural, educational, health and wellness programs as well as scheduled outings and other events.
Available Services
We take care of the duties and chores of home maintenance, housekeeping, linen service, even offering personal laundry service. All utilities except for telephone and cable TV are included in monthly rates. Non-scheduled transportation services, beauty and barber shop, and manicure/pedicures are available for additional fee.
Clarity Pointe Louisville provides wellness solutions so our residents may thrive, living a full life throughout retirement. Our 24-hour awake-staff is there to support residents through activities of daily living, including ambulation support, bathing, grooming assistance and medication management. I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident
My husband has been in Clarity Pointe Louisville since April 25. It's a new facility, so it's beautiful. They have nurses around the clock and 20 residents in each community. They have a nurse and four aides or attendants for the 20 residents and during the day, there are more staff, including a nurse manager and an activities therapist. The meals are all eaten out in a community dining room together. The staff eat with the residents, and the food is excellent. They play cards, exercise, and do arts like painting. They have a courtyard, so they get outside every day; they planted some flowers. The doors are locked unlike in a nursing home, which is just an open floor plan. The staff know their residents very well.
