Ashland Terrace is an independent living community for women 60+. As a non-profit, for over a century, our mission has remained the same: to provide a home, community, and services to our residents. Our ladies do not come here to retire -- they come here to thrive! We are all-inclusive with rents including three meals daily, weekday transportation, weekly housekeeping, all utilities and Wi-Fi, and a variety of activities and outings. In addition, we are pet-friendly and have a beautiful public cutting garden in our backyard.

Independent Living Requirements

As an independent living community, we require prospective residents to be:

<li> Age 60 or older</li> 
<li> Able to dress, take care of their room, and get to the dining room on their own three times daily for meals</li> 
<li> Without dementia or Mild Cognitive Impairment</li> 
<li> Cordial and appropriate for communal living</li>

We have been serving women for over 100 years. Rent includes three meals daily, weekday transportation, weekly housekeeping, utilities, WiFi internet, and activities/outings.
