Dominion of Frankfort is a personal care home and memory care community nestled in between Louisville and Lexington, in the capital of Kentucky, Frankfort.

Our goal as a personal care home offering assisted care services, is to help our residents maintain their highest level of independence while supporting and helping with the activities of daily living. Our team uses a person-centered approach to create a custom plan for each senior, giving you the peace of mind in knowing we meet their personal needs.

Our memory care program, known as Tapestry by Dominion Senior Livingâ„¢, is designed to weave a person's life history, skills, interests, and routine into a personalized program. We carefully consider every detail of our program beginning with the layout of the memory care community and hiring specially trained team members, to life enrichment programming, nutrition, and coordination of health-related services.
