Office staff is horrendous. They do not care about the residents, they do not care to help their residents. If you are in the need of a place AVOID this complex all together. They yell at their residents and their family.

date. Took staples out of my father without surgeons approval. Staff is very rude to patients. The place has had very bad inspections. Update 12/21/25 Had to call Ennis Police to do a welfare check because facility would not call back. Facility is treating for things that happened years ago. 45 things. Facility staff told us they didn't know what was going on during last visit. Nursing Director was clueless. Before you check someone in look at what the state has to say. I saw a nurse at the front desk slap a resident on my last visit. She was a larger Brunette.

My mother was at the Waxahachie location. The staff was very caring and professional. The food was excellent. I will consider moving there when my time comes that I need assistance.
