Welcome to Colonial Manor of Elma! The town of Elma is nestled in the southwest corner of Howard County, Iowa. Many events occur throughout the year including Old Roundhouse Trail Days celebration in July, the Christmas Tree lighting in November, the Halloween Fireman's Dance, Memorial Day parade, summer ball games, golf and bowling tournaments, and social and vendor events.
Quality of life for our residents is a prime goal for us at Colonial Manor of Elma. And so is peace of mind for their families and friends.
Our excellence has been reflected with various citations. In 2012, we were awarded the Governor's Award for Quality Care. In 2015, we became an ABCM Person Directed Care certified home after meeting 90 benchmarks set forth by the Corporation.
