Woodlands Creek was newer construction. Their memory care had good staffing and programming for the memory care. They also had respite care, which was good. We saw the memory care dining room and activity area, which was all in one. They didn't have separate areas but that was fine. They had a nice courtyard area. The fee structure seemed to be easy to follow. The rooms were of a very nice size.

I liked Woodland Creek because it seemed newer and bigger than other places, but it might have been too big for somebody like my mom. I didn’t like that they had two or three levels. It was very spacious, and I liked the way it looked, but it was too big. The person that was giving me the tour started yawning right away, which I felt wasn’t very professional, and then he kept yawning throughout it. It felt like he was having an off day or he didn’t care. I received several phone calls from him afterward checking in, but he didn’t leave a good impression.
