Welcome to Summers Pointe, a retirement community within the quaint town of Winchester, Indiana. Were a well-established senior care provider and are known for our assisted living and temporary care programs throughout Randolph County.

The Summers Pointe offers all the comforts of home with the added benefit of individualized assistance with day-to-day activities. Specially trained staff deliver scheduled assistance to residents in a supportive atmosphere and are available 24 hours a day. Providing 24/7 licensed nursing care, personalized plans of care, medication administration, consultant pharmacist and dietician, and state regulation oversight by Indiana Department of Health.

All aspects of our assisted living program, such as activities, cultural and educational entertainment, and exercise are designed to help residents maintain an active and independent lifestyle.

Less than an hour northeast of Indianapolis, Muncie Estates Senior Living is part of a community that is a wonderful combination of America's heartland and a thriving, dynamic city. The Muncie area offers access to the Muncie Symphony, Christy Woods, the Wheeler Orchid Collection and all the resources found at Ball State University. The area also offers countless shopping opportunities from over 70 stores at Muncie Mall to quaint shops on the streets of historic downtown. All of these great amenities can be found just 15 minutes from Elmcroft.



<h2>Accommodations and Services</h2>

Muncie Estates Senior Living, an Indianapolis assisted living and Alzheimer's care community offers accommodations for those who may require assistance in their daily living activities. It is staffed 24 hours a day with trained healthcare personnel and offers as much or as little care as a resident may want or need. In addition, Muncie Estates Senior Living has a licensed Health Care Director on-site or on-call 24 hours a day.

Muncie Estates Senior Living features a full sprinkler system and each apartment is equipped with an emergency call system that may be used whenever the need arises. In addition, all exterior doors may be locked so that a secure environment can be maintained.

Each apartment includes all meals and basic utilities as part of the monthly fee. Also, residents enjoy daily activities, an ice cream parlor, library and sitting areas, housekeeping services and many other amenities. Other services include a beauty/barber shop for a nominal fee.

The emphasis on activities is a main thrust of the service offerings. Social interaction is a vital part of overall good health and Muncie Estates Senior Living is committed to offering residents a full range of social, recreational and spiritual activities from which to choose. Scheduled transportation on the community van allows all residents to take advantage of travel activities.

Our Chronicles memory care program uses the Best Friends&trade; approach. This relationship-centered care is built around each individual’s life history, cultural heritage and current abilities and interests.
