Dementia Based Behavioral Program HOPE SPRINGS is a 33-bed dementia care unit operating within our skilled nursing facility. Our dementia-based behavior programs are set up to meet the specific needs of the resident. Both male and female residents are accepted at HOPE SPRINGS. Case by case assessments are performed to help determine how HOPE SPRINGS might serve an individual's needs.
