I was a resident of Willow Park. It was very clean, they were very helpful, the food was very good, and of course they did not have the virus going around at that time. They had a lot of activities, so it was pretty nice. The exercise part was not that good. My apartment was small. They had bingo, some other games, and they had celebrations for holidays.

I really like Willow Park. The food is really good. I love that my father can have therapy right there. There's a little store there, so he doesn't have to go anywhere. He doesn't have to go out to get his haircut as well. It's just convenient. They have activities, but he hasn't really been involved in very many. The staff is very friendly. The only thing that he doesn't like is that it takes a minimum of an hour to an hour and a half to get your meal. He has his own apartment, but they come in and clean it for him. They'll bring his meal to his room if he wants. They even help him walk his dog.

My visit at Solarbron was fine, but it wasn't quite as homey nor as clean as the other place we chose. The staff accommodated us very well. The dining area looked like a hotel restaurant. They had amenities, like an exercise room. The apartments were pretty far out from the main building, and the ones closer were small. There were some apartments where you had to go up the elevator, and I didn't like that.

Willow Park didn't have any studio apartments. I couldn't get a 1-bedroom because they weren't going to have anything for three to four months. From the moment I went in, it was really nice and looked like a classy place. They were having lunch. Everything was great, but I didn't see any rooms. The lady I talked to was very kind and very helpful. The dining area looked really nice. It didn't look like a rundown restaurant and had a homey atmosphere and looked clean to me. The people all looked clean and neat. It seemed like a good place. It's a good location that's accessible to everything.

The tour of Willow Park was very informational and helpful. They had bingo, people reading to them. They've got something different going on every day. They had exercise classes too. They serve three meals a day. They have a washer and dryer where you either have them do it or you can do it yourself. When it comes to cleaning the apartment, they will do it or you can. The staff was very personable and very interested. We were invited to lunch and all I have to do is call her and we can go out there for lunch. Also, if we want to stay out there for three or four days, we would be able to do that.
