The Colonnade Senior Living offers even more for area seniors who desire an affordable, independent lifestyle with the assurance of a continuum of care, including Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Friendly faces, activity-filled days and delicious home cooked meals will all be part of your comfortable lifestyle.
All apartments include:

- Fee Structure: Move-in Fee: One time non-refundable fee of $1000
- Special Comment: Our rates are all-inclusive, our residents never have to worry about add-ons or level care charges. We have worry-free pricing so that you know exactly how much you will pay each month. We offer open dining from 7am to 7pm with a full restaurant style menu. We have nursing assistance and caregivers on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. We offer concierge and transportation services for both groups and individual outings, free of charge.
