Mt. Vernon Evergreen Club

Addus Evergreen Clubs adult day centers that provide a variety of planned social, health and supportive services in a community-based setting. The programs are utilized by seniors and younger adults who have physical, cognitive and/or functional impairments, or by seniors who may simply need companionship and can benefit from supervised care in a safe place outside the home during the day. The programs also afford family caregivers respite from the demanding day-to-day responsibilities of care giving. Basic services consist of therapeutic activities, community outings, nursing services, transportation, meals and physical/occupational/speech therapy
