Parkview is a locally owned and operated senior living community. The inspiration of our community was in 1914 when local businessmen came together and urged the community to build a community that would meet the needs of seniors. In 1926 our community officially open and has evolved over the years to meet our residents' needs.

We offer a variety of floor plans to meet our residents' lifestyle requirements. From cozy studios to two-bedroom floor plans, each new resident will find the perfect floor plan to call home. We even have two-bedroom garden villas. Apartment features include in-suite climate controls, an emergency call system, a washer/dryer, full a full kitchen and closets. All utilities (except telephone and Internet) are included in your monthly rent. Best of all, small pets are also welcome to join our community.

Every day at Parkview we offer a variety of activities including pet visit, movie nights, resident council meetings and social hours. Residents are also found chatting with friends or hosting family in the many gathering areas around the community. There are also walking trails through our landscaped grounds for when residents want a breath of fresh air.

Available Services

Every day our residents are treated to delicious meals served restaurant-style in the community dining room, and we welcome residents to order off the menu. We also provide scheduled transportation for errands and medical appointments. Weekly housekeeping will keep your apartment ready for drop-in visitors.

As your healthcare needs evolve, we have the staff and services available to support your independence, which means you won't have to leave home. For each resident we will craft a care plan that outlines the level of service we will provide with activities of daily living. For added peace of mind, we have a high CNA staff to resident ratio so residents can receive one-on-one care.
