Parkway Gardens is a quiet community nestled in Fairview Heights, Illinois. We are there for those who need an occasional helping hand or no longer desire to live alone. Our personal assistants' primary focus is to provide what you need when you need it so that you can live life to its fullest.

When you step into Parkway Gardens, you will find lovely well-lit private and semi-private studios and one-bedroom apartments with private baths available. Each unit comes complete with carpeting, window treatments and individual climate control. For those who need more help, we have special assisted bathing facilities equipped with a whirlpool bath.

Resident involvement is encouraged in community activities, but you will always have the choice to enjoy time as you please. We strive to strike a balance between planned activities, such as live entertainment, bridge tournaments or movies, and more spontaneous events like afternoon tea in our family room or leisurely stroll around our grounds.

Available Services

Housekeeping may not be glamorous, but it is just one more touch that we offer. Our helpful staff comes through daily to keep things tidy and we have a schedule for routine deep cleaning as well so we can maintain your home to your high standards. Of course the centerpiece of any great community is the meal plan. While breakfast is served in an informal manner allowing residents to stroll in, lunch and dinner are served restaurant style. Each meal is cooked to order and we accommodate special menu requests as well as prescribed dietary restrictions.

A full-time licensed nurse is on-site to create a plan for individualized healthcare and services and supervises caregivers who are available around the clock, seven days a week. Experience the security and comfort that loving caregivers are available to assist with medication supervision and facilitation, assistance with dressing and grooming or therapy services as needed.
