The staff neglects their patients. The food is repulsive. It costs a fortune. Basically you're better off not going to this facility. When we brought these issues to the attention of the head "nurse" she got mad at us. This place is so awful they didn't even notice my mom developing sepsis.

I love Brookdale Chubbuck. The people were extremely nice and friendly. Everyone was very professional and yet very caring. I like the place. It was nice, clean and well organized. It is definitely a place where I would love to have my parents to be. There were tons of activities. The residents seemed to be happy. The dining area was very nice. The staff who assisted me was very nice, too.

Brookdale Pocatello was immaculate, open, and roomy. It seemed that the residents were more active. The director was really friendly and helpful. The dining area looked really good and open. They have a beauty shop and ice cream machine.

My mother moved into Brookdale Chubbuck. She seemed to be well cared for and content there. She's getting along fine. They offer activities for the residents to do, like bingo, different people who come in and play music and sing, they offer church services, they take them shopping, and different things. I have tried the food. The noon meal is the main meal, but during the evenings they frequently have sandwiches and my step-father is getting tired of that.
