My mother was at Laurel Park at Henry Med Center for a couple of months and we loved it. The staff and the people there were just awesome. She got the best care possible that she could have. From upfront administrative staff, to the clinical staff, to everything else, they were just super. They did an awesome and perfect job.

My mother was in Laurel Park when she fell and broke her hip. You would press the button and nobody would come. They set my mother on the pot, they left her in the bathroom unattended, she fell, and she split her hip wide open. She did her rehab in the morning, and they would take her down and set them in the hall with some of the other ladies and they would sit there all day long. It used to be assisted living, but turned into a rehab center. It was clean, but it was understaffed. The food looked fine, but her food was pureed. The building was clean, they had a pretty nice rehab area, and it did not have a urine smell.
