My parents are in The Phoenix at Lake Joy. It is a nice facility, and the staff go above and beyond to work with you. They know that we can't visit because of the pandemic, so they are very good about communication and keeping me in the loop, and doing Facetime with my parents. It's just been a good, successful transition. If I have suggestions, I make them, and they immediately make changes. They have a lot of activities for the community, but my mom especially is so sick that she can't attend a lot of them. We're hoping she continues to progress so she can go to those activities. They have a beauty salon, and she goes there once a week. They had a wonderful experience with them.
