Our residents live in close proximity to several beautiful parks, great shopping, a community library and Senior Center as well as the coming Aquatic Center and Veterans War Memorial.

Country gardens Lanier specializes in all-inclusive, highly personalized care for each of its residents. Our dedicated and fully trained caregivers are available 24/7 to provide complete Personal Care Home services including home-cooked meals, enriching and fulfilling social and Wellness programs, all-inclusive personal care assistance, housekeeping and laundry services, experienced leadership, licensed nurses and train care staff and an onsite pharmacy and medication management program.
