Nestled on the outskirts of Sun City and a quick drive south of Tampa is Aston Gardens at the Courtyards, a retirement community for the retiree who wants an affordable five-star resort-style retirement. Because we provide a suite of services, from fine dining to weekly housekeeping, our community is the choice for active seniors who want all the fun that life offers without the responsibilities.

After a fun-filled day, you can return to your apartment home that is just as spacious as a free-standing home without the upkeep since we provide weekly housekeeping and maintenance services. Nine floor plans, ranging from one bedroom to three bedrooms, are available for you to choose from. Best of all, you are welcome to bring a small pet when you move in.

I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident
My aunt and uncle are living in Aston Gardens in a large apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a little kitchen, and a nice living room with the bay window. It is a very well-managed, pleasant place. They have a beautiful dining room where they eat their meals. There's a beautiful foyer when you walk in, and everything is always spotless. They offer up to three-bedroom apartments and have multitude of activities for people, including trips. They have a schedule so the residents can come out to do things and not hibernate in their rooms. They can stay there for the reset of their lives if they want to.

I Visited This Community
Aston Gardens at the Courtyard is a nice place. We went there for a visit and saw that it's more upscale compared to the other place we visited. Their activity center was very nice. They also had a nice, large conference area for seminars. Their grounds and the whole building was well kept.
