M.A.E. AFCH is an assisted living community situated in a charming, upscale residential neighborhood of Palm Coast, FL, with easy access to public transit. It's just a few miles away from Pine Lakes Golf Club, and the Atlantic coast is a short drive from the facility.

With a maximum of five residents and 24-hour awake staff, this facility offers a low caregiver-to-patient ratio. The staff is trained to work with residents who have behavioral problems, Alzheimer's and dementia, including managing exit-seeking and wandering behaviors. Caregivers can assist residents with self-administering medications and blood sugar monitoring, and nurses and on-call doctors are available for more urgent needs.

M.A.E. AFCH is located on a beautifully landscaped lot surrounded by trees, which allows seniors to spend time in a peaceful outdoor environment. Free resident parking is offered on-site, and complimentary transportation can be arranged for those who don't drive. The event calendar includes regular activities that are designed to meet seniors' social, mental and physical needs. Several indoor common areas are available, as well as a hot tub.
