Teri Rosado and Martin Mudd have a passion for helping others and for giving back to their community. When their parents grew older and needed extra support, Teri and Martin understood the growing need for high-quality in-home care. To answer that need, they opened their own HomeWell agency in Orlando.

Martin and Teri are both accomplished team leaders with international business backgrounds. Martin managed construction and engineering projects in 50 countries over 23 years. Teri is a networker, problem-solver and team-builder with a career in project management, medical management and hospitality. Together, they speak four languages: English, Spanish, German and Italian.

“We always wanted to create a business that gave back to our local community, Teri says. “We love meeting new people, building our team, and helping families solve challenges so they can maintain or improve the quality of their lives.
