 Atrium at Gainesville features spacious senior apartments available in studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Each unit includes modern amenities like a kitchenette or full kitchen, basic cable TV and individual thermostat control. Covered parking is available. 

 Community grounds are well-maintained and feature a patio area, garden, walking paths, and heated, screened-in swimming pool with clubhouse. Indoor common spaces are designed to
foster engagement and include a bistro, fitness center and game room. A well-stocked library is available for book clubs or solo readers, and residents enjoy the convenience of an on-site
