The apartments feature in-room kitchens, allowing for meal preparation, and the community accommodates speakers of English, Spanish, and Mandarin. 

Golden Rule Plaza boasts several special features, including a large community room with a kitchen, an exercise room, and a landscaped outdoor patio with a gazebo, providing spaces for social gatherings and relaxation. Visionary Square, located at 2401 Washington Place NE in the historic Brentwood neighborhood of Washington, DC, offers modern and convenient independent living for residents aged 60 and older.
