All utilities are included in the monthly rent except for telephone. Outside your apartment home you will find a billiard room, a year-round greenhouse and library. Additional features include an on-site beauty salon and social lounges.

When you join our community, you will experience fine cuisine in our elegant dining room where we prepare fresh and flavorful meals daily that features locally sourced produce.
