When seniors decide to join our community at Foulk Manor South they can be certain that our staff is committed to providing them with the best possible assisted living and Alzheimer’s care. We also provide an intermediate care option, avoiding transfer to a skilled nursing facility when 24-hour nursing services are required.
Foulk Manor South is managed by Five Star Senior Living. Five Star is a healthcare and senior living services provider that operates independent and assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, institutional pharmacies and outpatient health rehabilitation clinics throughout 30 states.
Featured Amenities
We offer our residents their choice of studio and one-bedroom apartment floor plans. All apartments feature full baths, plush carpeting and emergency call systems for added safety and security. All utilities, except phone, are included in the monthly rent and cable TV is available. As a pet-friendly community, we welcome small animals to join their owners in their new homes.
With a robust calendar of regularly scheduled activities, there is always something going on at Foulk Manor South. From happy hours and musical programs to shopping trips and holiday festivals, our seniors never lack for something fun to do.
Available Services
Weekly housekeeping and van transportation for errands, shopping and appointments permit our residents to concentrate on enjoying their time with us. If rehabilitative services or an increase in level of care is necessary, our professional staff handle the change seamlessly.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My mother seems very content at Foulk Manor South. She is doing good there. It's very clean. They're very attentive to their needs. She seems to like it considering what's been going on with her. She gets along with the staff. They're very nice, even to the family. The aides go above and beyond. The food is always freshly prepared. They take people on bus trips. They have one and two-bedroom and studio apartments. Some of the studios have a little kitchen area with a refrigerator and a microwave. They don't have Medicaid, so it's strictly self-pay.
