Our Adult Day Health Care Center is a medical-model offering a variety of health services including nursing assessments, assistance with medications, rehabilitation therapies, nutritional counseling, and assistance with showering and bathing. Care plans are developed to meet the individualized needs of the clients who are attending. Our nurse ensures that any medical issues impacting our clients are communicated to families immediately.
