Deemed as one of CT's Top 5 Senior Living options, based on online reviews, Southmayd Home is a unique, small, non-profit residential care home exclusively for women 60+. Southmayd is an affordable, all-inclusive, senior living option.

The community offers the flexibility of total independence with supportive services. With such a small setting the culture and care is very personable and intimate. All of our residents enjoy a private room of their selection. Included in the monthly rate are all 3 meals which are delicious, varied and home cooked on premises. Also offered is a wide variety of snacks and beverage options in between meals. Other amenities included in the monthly rate are medication management, weekly housekeeping and laundry, weekly assisted bathing options, daily activities.

Southmayd not only offers contract-free permanent living but also respite or short-term stays for as little as 4 days.
