My mom has been at this facility for a number of years. She loves it and we are all so happy that she does. The staff are warm and friendly. They never ever make her fell bad about asking for help. Her apartment is just wonderful. So easy to make cosy for her. As she has aged and become more dependent it has been wonderful to know that we can rely on this facility and it staff to ramp up the help to just what she needs.
