Villa Pueblo Senior Living Community is nice and clean, and the staff is very friendly. The food is being taken to the room right now because of the virus, so by the time they get to the rooms, it's rather cold, but that's nobody's fault. We chose it because it was more reasonable than the other facilities. Our apartment is very nice and bright, and it has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.

I moved into a one-bedroom apartment at the Pueblo Regent a week ago. I chose it for location and price. It was what I was looking for. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They know what youre here for, and they really go out of their way to help you. The food is excellent. There was a mix up with the rooms, but Im satisfied with what I got, and I have plenty of room for just myself. They have some activities like bingo, but I dont participate. This place is so comforting when you walk in.

I would not ever recommend this hospice team to anyone..They had poor ethics in the care of my mom and were rarely there. Had an incompetent bath nurse with no license. Basically felt like they wanted to rush my mom's death. Did not support family visitations, focussed way to much on money and not the patient.

Pueblo Regent was nice and a lot more upscale with nice details everywhere. The carpet and tiles were super nice, and so was the piano in the dining room, which they played during dinner. There were big balconies off of the apartment with a sliding glass door and two elevators. They put more money into it. The meals were good. My dad's a veteran, who is just an average guy and doesn't get dressed up, so we had some issues when went for the visit because he was wearing a pair of sweat-type pants and a t-shirt and was told that wasn't appropriate dress for the dining room. He was also wearing his Purple Heart Marine hat that he was very proud of, and he was told to take that off. It was just a little too stuffy for my dad. The facility manager said they'll let us stay because we're on a tour, but for the rest of the tour, my dad didn't feel very comfortable. The lady we dealt with was super nice and fantastic. They seemed to have more activities than any other place since people are much healthier and out and about on their own.

I was impressed with Pueblo Regent. I really liked it because the price was very reasonable, the people were very friendly there, and the food was really good. They're very nice. The staff was very friendly and even the people who live there were very friendly. They were having a meeting when I was there and some residents were playing cards. I went for lunch and the food was very good. The rooms were very spacious, very clean, and very up-to-date. I would recommend them.
