At The Residences at Balfour, you'll find ample opportunity to live a healthy, engaged and fulfilling life. Our Life Enrichment department offers over 300 different programs every month. On a typical day, there's Tai Chi, a Healthy Living class, bridge, a concert with musicians from the University of Colorado School of Music or lectures on topics ranging from natural history to astronomy.
Living a good life also means enjoying good food. Our culinary program has earned the kind of reviews usually reserved for some of Colorado's finest restaurants. There are over 20 options available at lunch and dinner, plus daily specials prepared by our Executive Chef. Add a complimentary continental breakfast, High Tea every week and a Happy Hour every day, and you will never be without outstanding culinary experiences. The Residences at Balfour has an incredible staff. They are committed to making your life here the best that it can be, from the 24 hour a day concierge service to housekeeping and the servers in our dining rooms.

I Am/Was A Resident Of This Facility
We like everyone that we have gotten to know over the almost 2 years we have been here. But the food needs some flavor it should also be HOT. Temp. Is important to the flavor of the food.
