Forgetmenot Care Home

Forgetmenot Care Home, Inc. is a small, intimate, secure assisted living residence for 16 residents located in a scenic rural area of Florence, Colorado. Our facility has two handicapped accessible levels, and each level has access to a fenced outdoor walking and exploring areas. We are experienced and trained in memory care and provide hands-on care to our residents at all their stages of memory decline. Activities are offered daily, and musical entertainment and movement are favorites of our residents. We are staffed at the ratio of one caregiver to six resident and awake staff are available at night to help any resident needing assistance. With the aid of our two local hospice organizations, we are able to care for our residents to end of life.
