Description of Spring Lake Village
Spring Lake Village is located on a 30-acre campus in the picturesque Sonoma Valley, close to famous vineyards and natural parks. As a life plan community, it offers a comprehensive continuum of care, including independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing, allowing residents to age in place as their health care needs change. Standard services and amenities are provided across all plans, such as housekeeping services, utilities and round-the-clock security, as well as therapy services at the on-site health care center.
The community designs resident-driven, staff-facilitated programs that promote intellectual, physical and spiritual wellness, utilizing an internationally recognized approach that has earned it the Best of Sonoma award and NuStep Gold Pinnacle award for excellence in wellness programming. Chef-prepared meals, made from fresh, local ingredients and paired with local wines, are featured in daily menus and special dining events, while special diets are supervised by an in-house dietitian.

I visited this facility
Spring Lake Village was a fantastic place. It has everything you could want, from Bocce Ball to Bridge games. They have a swimming pool, a hot tub, a large gym, and libraries. The apartments were very nice. When someone moves out, they tear it down. They remove the walls, the carpets, and everything. They don't just clean up, they renew everything so everything becomes brand new. The food was good, but it wasn't great. TD was very knowledgeable and the staff members couldn't be any nicer. They have four doctors on site, and a church in there with different denominations to have services at different times.
