Assisted Living:

Assisted Living is a combination of housing and health care services that support our residents' activities of daily living (ADL). A unique care plan is created tailored to each resident that supports the directives of the primary care physician as well as resident and family requests.


Memory Care:

At Foothill Village, we believe deeply in providing personalized care for each of our residents. This is especially true for our residents who are living with dementia and Alzheimer's.
