Here at Lakewood Park Manor, we provide our residents with a wide array of amenities and services that ensure that our residents safety and entertainment is guaranteed at all times. Here we encourage our residents to remain as independent as possible while still receiving that they assistance they need.

We make sure to provide residents with many amenities to enjoy such as delicious meals, here we have a certified dietician that looks over our menu which ensures that all of our residents dietary meal needs are met, each meal is carefully prepared by our on-site chef for our residents dining pleasure. Activity programs are available for residents to take a part in this activities include crafts, games, outings, exercise, music, and much much more.
Available Services
In order to ensure that our residents are able to remain in clean surroundings, we provide laundry services which are provided on a weekly basis, house keeping services, and linen services are available to all residents. For our residents safety, we provide residents with a 24-hour staff, an emergency call system, periodic checks on every resident, and medication management to ensure that residents are able to take their medication as prescribed by their physician.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My mom has been doing extremely well at Lakewood Park Manor. We have no complaints with it whatsoever. Everything about the place is great. They do the laundry, and they keep the rooms and the place very clean. They do very well with the meals; however, they could do some tweaking on some other foods for patients that are diabetic. They have a beautiful dining area and a beauty shop onsite. They have activities for the seniors, but they're in the middle of remodeling their activity room and moving it to another floor. Overall, I'm very impressed with Lakewood Park Manor. I would highly recommend it to anybody who is looking.

I visited this facility
I visited Lakewood Park Manor. The staff was good, but it wasn't as nice as the other community I visited. It's an older building and not as well-kept, so the upkeep doesn't seem very good.

I visited this facility
I went to Lakewood Park Manor and they were not prepared for me. The person that gave me the tour was not the person who normally gives the tour. I saw the room and the common areas, and they were nice. I liked the place. It was nice, and there's nothing wrong with it. They serve three meals. There's a nurse that comes over. The person who gave me the tour did her best even if it wasn't her job.

I visited this facility
Lakewood Park Manor was dirty. The dining room did not look clean and the rooms didn't look clean. I had an appointment and they didn't know I was coming, so they had the receptionist take me around. She really couldn't give me a lot of information. I talked to some of the residents and they didn't seem to be very happy. They complained about how cold it was and asked when the was heater going to be fixed, so obviously they've been sitting in the cold for a few days. They told me that they have 98 residents and they have a two to 98 patient to caregiver ratio, which I thought was just too low. There was really nothing about this facility that I liked. The only thing I liked was an area outside where the residents sometimes sit.
