The Westchester Home on Spruce

We are a Licensed Assisted Living Facility with 6 beds waiting for you to add your own personal touch. Our highly trained staff is around 24 hours a day to help assist in the daily activities. All of our programs, training, and policies are monitored by our very own Registered Nurses. Each resident is given specific Health Care Plans designated to them.

We are a Licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) through the Community Care Licensing division of the Department of Social Services. We are routinely inspected by the agency.

We at Westchester Home go beyond providing the required senior supportive care to our residents as they age. Our vision is to provide a “home” with the required supportive care, amenities, and more.

Our home features comfortable bedrooms with spacious hallways. Bathrooms are senior-friendly and equipped with safety grab bars and anti-skid floors. There is a well-furnished recreational room where the residents can partake in socializing activities and indulge in teatime snacks and beverages. In addition, each resident is provided with their own recliner.

We are very selective in our staff hiring process. Our caregivers are not only skilled but also radiate a positive and energetic vibe which is imperative to our trade. We also ensure the staff has the patience, compassion, and amiability required for the job.
