Spring Creek Health and Rehab is a 5-star facility located 30 minutes from Little Rock. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and private pay. Our community features a brand-new memory care unit and shower rooms/spa. Private rooms are available. There is also a beauty shop on-site. Outdoor smoking is allowed. Transportation is available 24/7. We also admit people from the hospital when needed.
