Along wtih three meals served daily, snacks are also always available.

Each apartment has its own balcony or patio and select units also have a kitchenette. All utilities are included in the monthly rent except for telephone.

We handle a variety of daily responsiblities so our residents are free to have fun. Scheduled transportation for errands and outings means they don't have to navigate the busy streets of Phoenix. Housekeeping and laundry services keep the apartment tidy. And when residents need assistance with activities of daily living, we will be right there to help, because maintaining our residents' independence is our priority.
