Worse place ever to put your loved one. No caring staff. Beautiful building but that just doesn\'t cut it.

I have friends at Solterra At White Mountains. They get high ratings on all accounts. Most of the people are kind and caring. They have Bingo, an exercise program, they have people come in and do all kinds of shows for them, they have hula dancers who come in, and on July 4th they had a big celebration for the veterans. The residents say the food is good, but my friend cooks in her room mostly. There's no smell and you feel like you're in a very well-appointed hotel when you walk in. The event coordinators and the receptionist are very pleasant and loving.
