We just moved my sister out of Chateau de Boise. I loved it there, they had wonderful people, and they had all kinds of programs. She made friends quickly there, and the staff was wonderful. The facility was three stories tall, they had activities on each floor, TV rooms, and they had the main room and dining room on the first floor. They also had cottages where a couple could retire. Every floor had an exercise room. I had lunch with her often, and they welcomed everybody. They had a nice variety of food, they had home cooked meals, and you had more than one option for each meal. They had a nice sized library that was used often. She liked the activities there. They had bingo, horse racing, and arts and crafts. I liked the Chateau because it was affordable.

They were very accommodating and very good at Chateau de Boise. They had a great menu and a lot of food choices. It's an older facility, but it's well kept. The staff who showed us around was friendly and professional all the way. It was definitely homey and very clean. The thing I appreciated most was they were not pushy at all. They had a schedule of things that they went over with me, and they would take residents out sometimes even just for a drive. There was a gym down the street that had a pool, and they had lots of activities going on when I was there. Some groups were doing chair exercises and some were playing Pinnacle. There was a lot of participation.

Our visit with Chateau de Boise was wonderful. Everybody was so kind and so good to us. If I'm old enough, that's where I will go. The staff was extremely personable and very knowledgeable about his business, he loves his job, and he loves his people. It's a positive experience all the way around. We were able to talk to some of the guests and get some feedback, and that was all completely positive. All of the guests treated us like we were royalty. There was a welcome sign with our names on it to greet us. Everything was done very personal and very positive. I was very impressed. The rooms were beautiful and well appointed, well lit, with large windows looking out on pretty landscaping. They had a library, a gym, laundry, and transportation to take you where you need to go. You wouldn't have to leave the place. They have arrangements for paramedics and urgent care and different companies to do weekly checks if necessary. They have provided us with home healthcare information and a list of everything we need up until the time that we make a move. They've done everything for us. The manager just bent over backwards for us.

The staff at Chateau de Boise is a very caring and it's a good place to meet people. It's very different from any other locations that I helped my mom locate. This place is warm, friendly, and focused on meeting people's needs. There is lots to do so you won't get bored, and you can choose not to participate. I would rate the value for the money a five, because based on other communities I've looked at, they're comparable monetarily.

I've moved to Chateau de Boise and am doing well. I've had no problems. I chose them because it was the best place to come based on all six places I've visited. They offer the best deal and best place to live. It's a basic apartment house with about a hundred people living here, and they're all very amenable, so it's nice to live here with all the whole bunch of people. The staff is very nice, and there's 40% men which is higher than most places. The food is very good; we had spaghetti and meatballs today. The cost was the lowest I've found, and it's centrally located to everything I'm looking at. It's close to everything I want to go to, like to church and when visiting other people.

I'm currently living at Chateau de Boise, and it's great. I really like it here, the price is fair, the manager and staff are friendly, and the people are all friendly. The food is good, it's just that it gets old after a while. They have more activities than you can do in a day. They have Bingo, horse races, dominoes, bean bag baseball, coloring, and we usually go to movies on Tuesdays. They have fire side reading, they have bible study classes, and they have people coming in every week who do stuff.

I liked Chateau de Boise because their dining was in a large, open, oval-shaped room, with lots of oval-shaped windows. You get a feeling of the outdoors while dining. I know several people there, and it's more of a homey atmosphere rather than an institution atmosphere. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. They have a workout/fitness center, Bridge, and other activities I want. I especially liked the ground floor, they have sliding doors, and you can just take your pet right out the door.

Chateau de Boise was an awesome place. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. We ate lunch there, and a couple of residents who sat at the table with us were very nice. It was a very nice place. They got back in touch with me and tried to help me a little bit. The studio apartment was clean and nice. They had a couple of different sizes and layouts. The food and service were good. In the game room, they had a long board on a table with horses on it simulating horse racing, and they were all laughing and had a lot of fun with it. They also had several puzzles set up on different tables. They had a library, room with some exercise equipment in it, a special dining room area to the side if you wanted to have a guest or a birthday party, and a laundry room with ironing boards.

Chateau de Boise was very good. The dining area was really clean and easy to get to. The rooms were really nice, good, and clean. They're doing maintenance and taking carpet out of some other rooms, which is good because that means they're keeping them up. Everybody was really nice, and the cleaning ladies know everybody by name and not by room number, which was good. The only thing was that when you first walk in the lobby, it had a funky smell which kind of put me off, but I liked everything else. The grounds were well-maintained, they'll take you to the bank, and there's a bus that'll take you to trips every morning. There were a lot of people sitting and being social in the open areas. There were quite a few women in alcoves playing cards and different places where different people were doing different things.

My friend is in Chateau de Boise. I like the living accommodations and the fact that she will have meals, so I do not have to worry about her not eating. I checked many of them before I put her in there, and I liked that one the best. The food is great. She does not have any complaints. She really likes it there.

I am living in Chateau de Boise, and I love it. I’m one happy camper. It’s a beautiful place, the food is outstanding, and everybody is friendly. The surroundings are very pleasant, and there are a lot of big trees. I have a one-bedroom apartment and a patio with a view of a nice lawn and big trees. All in all, I'm happy where I am.

The apartments at Chateau de Boise were large, and the layout was really nice. They had several 1-bedrooms that had a living room area. Even the studios were nice, big and open. The staff seemed friendly, but they didn't have a lot of staff because they're independent living. They had a craft activity going and quite a few different activities available. There was a movie room, a little exercise room, a laundry room, a dining room, and a hair salon.

My mom moved into Chateau de Boise. I think it's a really good community, the people are extremely friendly, they're very helpful, and I think their sales staff is very good. They explained all of the costs, the fees, and I think that aspect went pretty well. My mom thinks the food is pretty good. When we moved in everything was painted and re-carpeted, and it was very nice. I had to do some extra cleaning on the heater and air-conditioning unit, but that was OK. Other than that, we are still waiting on one lightbulb. I think the residents are really caring, they watch out for each other, and I think it's a really good, family environment.

I liked everything I saw in Chateau de Boise, everybody seemed happy. The apartments looked fine, and the dining room looked clean. Everybody was getting ready for activities, and they were taking the residents on a bus trip to Jackpot. The staff that I met seemed friendly, and everything looked clean and nice.

We went to Chateau de Boise, and I think it was very cordial and friendly. It was a little bit dated. They did not have a full kitchen, and my father is looking for a full kitchen. The staff was fine.

Chateau de Boise is not a place where I would want to live. It was kind of old and I wasn't comfortable there. The staff was friendly enough, but the interview wasn't all that great. He seemed to be encouraging me more to eat there and the only people that were in the dining area had walkers and wheelchairs. The food wasn't that good. The place seemed to be dark, dingy, and it had an old feeling. It was like being in a nursing home. The staff member was cordial, but the interview was very short. I had to wait 15 minutes for him to become available and yet I had an appointment with him. I just was not impressed.
