Not only is Spring Hills Mount Vernon comfortable with its plush amenities, dining and housekeeping services, but our stellar care team is available 24 hours a day to attend to resident requests. We are there to proactively meet the needs of each resident as well as respond to urgent needs. Our nursing staff will create a personalized care plan assisting with essentials such as extra housekeeping and laundry, to medication management and help with activities of daily living.

I visited Spring Hills, it was good, and they had everything. The marketing people are very nice. They have an exercise room and an activities room. It seemed fine from the visit. It was clean.

My father and I have been pretty happy with Spring Hills Mount Vernon. Everything's nice and clean, and the staff is very nice. They have activities and my father has partaken in several of them, like walks and Bingo games. The food is decent.

My mother is doing fine at Spring Hills Mount Vernon. It was fantastic from day one, and then a new director came and a lot of the staff changed over. They are not as good as the staff that was there before. It really changed a lot. There were a couple of issues, and the pricing went up. She will be there two years in October. She's involved in everything and very happy and excited about it. She loves it there, and the staff fell in love with her. They always took great care of her, which put me at ease. She loves the food. She was down to 92 pounds when I moved her in and she got up to 125 pounds. All of the activities are wonderful. There would be pictures on the website, and they would sometimes email me pictures of her doing things. Everything's clean, spotless, and in place. The food tastes good, and she eats all of it.

Spring Hills Mount Vernon was a wonderful and beautiful place. The staff was excellent and very pleasant. Also, you can see in the faces of the residents that they like being there. The rooms were beautiful, well-kept, nicely sized, and very clean. The whole building was very clean.

My stepson moved into Spring Hills Mount Vernon. The physical appearance is good. It's like the shape of an old manor, but it's nice. The inside is clean, the carpeting is probably a little outdated, but it's fine, there's nothing wrong with it. The rooms are all clean. We're satisfied with just about everything. I think the staff is receptive, helpful, and professional. They're good with my stepson, so far. Communication is difficult with COVID. I think they need to designate one person for a family, and we had that for a while, but then she left. So, them having to appoint a contact to help you with paperwork and things like that would be helpful.

Spring Hills Mount Vernon was great and I liked it very much. I really liked the woman who showed me around. The apartments were good and spacious, but I wish they had better views. The activities seemed good. I liked that it was small. The staff seemed friendly and like they cared for the residents. They offered three meals a day. The place wasn't perfect, but it was good.

Spring Hills Mount Vernon was more of a vibrant community. They had people who were actively doing fun stuff and moving around. They had some nice music in the background and it looked like a much more appealing place with happier people. The staff was very nice.
